When to Dive Zanzibar & Pemba

Season highlights: From November to March, it’s best for diving around Mnemba, Pemba, and pelagic species. Between July and October, Pemba walls and drift dives shine. Warm water and visibility of 15–30m are enjoyed year-round.

Where We Dive

Zanzibar – Mnemba Atoll offers shallow coral gardens, wall and drift dives with diverse marine life and excellent year-round visibility.

Pemba Island is a top dive destination known for vertical coral walls, large fan corals, and pelagic sightings, perfect for advanced divers.

Optional extensions include Mafia Island, sandbank snorkels, and sunset sails.

Dive gear is available or bring your own. Experienced PADI-certified guides ensure safety, with beginner options and referral courses offered. Emergency oxygen and first aid are onboard.

Liveaboard Diving Safaris – Spend several days exploring the Indian Ocean’s top sites. Sleep, dive, eat, and repeat aboard our comfortable crewed yachts. Ideal for Pemba, Mafia, or multi-atoll expeditions, with all meals, gear, and crew included. Optional fishing-diving combo trips available.

Day Diving Charters – Custom full-day trips for small groups or certified divers, departing from Zanzibar (Mnemba, Tumbatu, Kendwa). Includes tanks, weights, dive guide, snacks, and drinks, with flexibility for 1–3 dives depending on schedule.

Overnight Trips – Perfect for reaching remote dive zones or combining diving and sailing.
